Scope of Service Experience

Ryan K. Garrett joined the NAI team in 2007 bringing with him an expert technical and management background. He earned his Masters in Information Systems and Management and his Bachelors in Business Management from Brigham Young University. A native of St. George, Ryan relocated back from Scottsdale, Arizona, where he spent several years specializing in software development.

- Masters Degree in Information Systems and Management from Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University (BYU)
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University, and a Minor Degree in Languages (Italian)
While at BYU Ryan served as President of Internet Technologies also with BYU’s Business School and as Vice President of Programs and Activities with BYU’s Business School.

Background & Experience
|
Ryan has management experience with commercial and multi-residential properties. He has presented at the Central Utah Economic Summit as well as prepared presentation materials for project approvals with local city planning and zoning departments. Ryan also implemented and monitored facility auditing and inspection software for hospitality projects for Marriott and Best Western.
Ryan’s interest in commercial development has also expanded his career,
working with government entities securing zoning changes and use variances. His strong interest in property valuation continues to drive him to find underutilized parcels that can be developed into triple net investments for property owners.
