The Walter Group represented the Buyer in a 1031 exchange in acquiring the property on South Bluff Street leased to Staples, the Super Store. The property is 22,800 SF on 1.7 acres. The transaction closed in March of 2008. The Walter Group represented Stock Building Supply in the disposition of the same property in the summer of 2006. Soon after the disposition, Staples signed the lease with the developer and subsequently opened their doors in the Fall of 2007.
